I'll save you some stupid intro talk. I injured my back. It happend two weeks ago while carrying a 50 kg package to the first floor. And it was stupid, stupid, STUPID of me, but I really was trying to help. And then it happend, in one moment. I woke up next day and couldn't get up from bed.

It took me a week to finally realise I can't deal with it by myself, so I went to see a doctor, a very unpleasant and rude piece of jerk. (To all people from Warsaw: nie korzystajcie z usług przychodni "Wolskiej", nie polecam. Tak opryskliwego i wrednego konowala jeszcze nigdy nie spotkalam.) All in all he prescribed me some stuff and we'd see how it works. If it won't work, I still have to take RTG and see specialist. I'm not allowed to carry, lift or pull heavy things under no circumstances. And what is worse - I'm not allowed to excersise the way I did before. I have to contact specialist before I decide to excersise again, and it'll probably be some slow and boring stuff. Even pilates is forbidden.

I'm on drugs for 5 days now. It's working. Since the third day I'm able to put my socks on and tie my shoes all by myself. And it doesn't hurt so much either. But the truth is I still feel something's wrong there and I'm starting to panic. The pain has almost stopped and the whole thing doesn't bother me so much anymore, but seriously, something IS wrong. I'm afraid it'll get worse when I put those drugs, which I'm about to do the 7th day.

Please, please have some faith for me.
Worst case scenario is: I end up on operation table.
