Roxette - "Watercolours in the Rain"

Diptych for contest.
My skills are way to low to challenge all those great painters there, but I wantad to try it anyway. I just enjoy those contest so much ^^

size : both of them are 24x32 cm
medium : W&N Watercolours, art masking fluid, black ink.

These are both stunning peices. I think I like the girl one better, but it took me quite a while to decide. The background look so magical and beautiful, and I really like the detailed pen work.

Well it took me a while to ogranise this diptych properly. It was really hard to do, I've never done this before. I didn't even know what I want to show there, so basicly I screwed up the birb part (composition sucks, mainly because the wing is cut). But hey, glad you like it anyway :)

przepiękne :heart: może poćwicz jeszcze trochę twarze z profilu, bo w tym przypadku broda jest ciut za daleko wysunięta do przodu.. Ale to taki mały minusik (czyli dostajesz 6- :D), bo reszta jest cudowna :D Prześliczne kolory i super klimat :) świetnie ci idzie z akwarelkami ;D

oj tam... szczegol.... nie mam czasu walczyc z detalami :/ robilam to tak "na szybko" ze az mi wstyd chwilami, ale coz, juz nic w nim nie zmienie. Swoje dzieci trzeba kochac takimi, jakimi sa :) I tego sie trzymajmy :) A dziekuje, dziekuje cieplo ^^

Bardzo ładne.
Ale choćbym i żył sto lat, to i tak nie osiągne nigdy takiego intelektu by móc powiedzieć coś więcej ponad: Ładnie narysowane, podoba mi się, i wydaje mi się smutne, ale to chyba dlatego żę mam zły nastrój i jestem ś;piący.

Jak sie jest spiacym, to powinno sie isc spac :)
Ja mam ten problem, ze szykowalam sie dzisiaj na calonocne siedzenie pod teleskopem. A oznacza to mniej wiecej tyle, ze opilam sie hektolitrami kawy i innych napojow kofeinowych, co by do 6 nad ranem nie stracic przytomnosci i nie narazic na szwank tego calego sprzetu, za ktory odpowiadam glowa. To sobie chyba do 5 teraz posiedze...

Anyway, bo juz sie rozpisuje ^^'
